Project Manager
Job Responsibilities :
- Delivering projects to cost and time enabling realization of business benefits
- Ensuring project standards & controls are applied & adhered to throughout the program or project
- Ensure the correct deliverables are in place, and to the right quality - at the end of each phase of the project lifecycle
- Creation of specific Project Initiation Documents and mobilization paperwork for projects
- Ensuring effective operational handover to Service and project delivery
- Purchasing and budget management on all projects
- Manage the selection, and capital request approval for purchase, of supplier systems
Requirements :
- At least a Degree and 5 to 10 years solid project management & commercial third party management experience
- PMP Certified
- Strong interpersonal, networking, influencing and relationships building skills and the ability to navigate cross-culturally with different stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Experience of managing large complex global programs both from a business and technical perspective
- Experience in full lifecycle project management implementation along with project management methodologies and planning tools
- Experience of project management methodologies and planning tools
- Strong planning skills and proven ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team
- Mandarin speaking for CEAP role
